Prim has decades of experience in farm conservation and environmental land management. Starting with FWAG in 2004, she delivered Environmental and Countryside Stewardship applications, habitat advice, Soil Management Plans and NVZ resource protection. She has run workshops on nutrient and grassland management and holds BASIS certification for Soil & Water. Since 2011, she has worked independently through the FWAG Association, expanding into maize crop management in East Sussex and delivering Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (formally Phase 1 habitat surveys).
