Suzie brings nearly a decade of hands-on land management experience from roles with the National Trust, Wildlife Trusts and Natural England. She specialises in habitat creation and enhancement, applying her skills to support nature-friendly farming. Suzie holds BASIS qualifications in Farmland Conservation and Soil & Water Management, along with practical certifications. She also has extensive experience of carrying out botanical surveys, particularly in assessing the condition of species-rich grassland and looking for rare arable plants. Suzie facilitates a farmer cluster on the coastal plain, called the Manhood Farmers' Cluster Group, which is focusing on creating habitat to restore the local populations of farmland birds, including the native grey partridge.
