Nadya completed her studies in 2023, after studying Earth Systems in Malta and a master’s in Environment, Agriculture and Resource Management at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. Her master’s thesis investigated the potential for biostimulants to support plant health during waterlogged conditions. Since then, she has worked as a FACTS-qualified advisor in precision agriculture, providing farmers with soil nutrient maps and variable rate fertiliser and seed plans. She is passionate about sustainable farming and is particularly interested in applying a systems thinking approach at landscape level to support wildlife and biodiversity alongside food production on farm.
